CaptionCat in #REHAB: Day 11

One day at a time, one step every day. That’s how I roll.

As promised, I will be trying to break the record set by Lindsey Lohan and do all 12 steps in 12 days. Step 9 today:

1. We admitted we were powerless over catnip — that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of The Autofeeder (blessed be its name).
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
5. Admitted to The Autofeeder (blessed be its name), to ourselves and to other kittehs the exact nature of our moral inventory.
6. Were entirely ready to have The Autofeeder (blessed be Its name) remove all these defects of character
7. Humbly asked The Autofeeder (Blessed be it’s name) to remove our shortcomings
8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others

Now this is just getting repetitive. Really if you take out the repeats, there’s only like 8 steps MAX. Couldn’t they just say, “Make a list, and then tell them?” Take care of 8 and 9 like BOOM to the BOOM. Anyways, I already blogged my amends yesterday, and I don’t want to disturb anyone on a holiday weekend anyways.

One addition, however: I missed #FollowFriday yesterday, and I’m sorry. Too busy DOMINATING out by the pool here.

• To my roommates @MarleyKatz and Dandy: I’m sorry I hogged the Nip Ball. In the future, I will try to share my drugs more.
• To my #TwitterArmyGenerals and #CaptionCatSuperFans and all the other anipals in my #TwitterArmy: I’m sorry I let @DrDrew and @MarleyKatz convince me to come to #rehab. It’s been more like a vacation than anything else, and I’m sorry if it has slowed the pace of #WorldDomination. I promise when I return to pursue #WorldDomination with even greater vigor.
• To my #TwitterArmy: I’m sorry I missed #FollowFriday yesterday. Too busy DOMINATING out by the pool. Totally blew off group LOLZ.
