8. Top Cat

Superpower: Swag

Top Cat is also a distant cousin on my father’s side (you can tell by the same last name). He ruled the alley like any benevolent dictator should – he was hard but fair. He always provided good noms for his gang of alley cats and kept Officer Dibble off their backs. But most of all, Cousin Cat was just a Kool Kitteh with SWAG and a kickass theme song.
